This low flow tank comes complete with a check valve. The top partof the tank is 7 1/4" in from the edge of header on each side. There are two 1" diameter hose connections, a 3/8" diameter hoseconnection, a 1/4" NPT flange, three 5/16" NCthreaded holes in the tank (one on top and two on the front), and a 1 1/4" hole on top for a filler neck.
