Taalman stands behind it’s product 100% and will ship a replacement for any defective part free of charge, within 12 months of the date of purchase. Should a part fail, a replacement will be shipped freight prepaid, as soon as possible. The replacement part will be invoiced and a return number issued, with shipping instructions, to return the defective part. A credit will be issued only after the defective part has been inspected and found to be faulty due to manufacturing. Credit is not given for labor.
Taalman has no obligation for reimbursement of labor or material charges for product replacement, removal, installation, adjustments or related parts or components used in this process. Should heating and/or engine damage occur, Taalman will not consider offset for any expense. Warranty is void if the product is subjected to neglect, misapplication and/or misuse
