The small flange has 11 holes - 5 tapped5/16" NC threads and 6 drilled clearance for 5/16"bolts.  The large flange is L shaped with 10 holes - 7tapped 5/16" NC threads and 3 drilled clearance for5/16" bolts. There are two tapered mounts @ 6" centers with3/4" NC threaded nuts, and two 7/16" NC nuts weldedon the side for cross bars.  This frame is deep and narrow.
