This tank has two openings of 2 1/4" diameter 90o elbows facingdown and out slightly to each end of tank, a 1" diameter hose connection, a 1/8" NPT flange on each side and one in the top corner on the driver's side, and a bolt-ontype filler at the center of the slanted top.  Built-inbaffle.
