Gen Set bolt-on complete set
Top Tank
This tank has a 2" diameter hose connection 7" in from edge to center, a 1" diameter bypass connection 14" in from edge to center, and a 1/4" NPT flange for an expansion tube.
Bottom Tank
This tank has a 2" diameter hose connection 9" in from edge to center, amd twp 1/4" NPT flanges for drain fittings.
Side Frames
These frames have four 5/16" threaded nuts along the fan and grill side, and eight 3/8" diameter bolt-holes in the flange.
Comes with four washer bars - 23 3/4" long - 13 bolt holes

Tanks
Both of these tanks are identical. They have a 2 1/2" diameter hose connection 4" from the edge of the tank to the center of the hose connection, and a 3/8" NPT flange of the end of the tank.
Frames
These frames are 35" long, with two 3/4" studs 2" long on the one frame.
Note: for this set, samples must be provided by the customer.

This tank has a pair of 2 3/8" diameter hose connections, a mounting bracket at the front center of the tank, and a 1/4" NPT flange for an expansion fitting.
Bottom Tank
This tank has a pair of 1/2" NC bolts 3" long @ 30" centers for mounting, a 3" diameter hose connection, a 1 3/4" diameter hose connection, and a 3/8" NPT plug for draining.
Side Frames
These frames have five 3/8" NC threaded holes on the back for mounting the frames, and ten 5/16" threaded holes along the sides for mounting the shroud.

This Generator tank set has a top and bottom tank which areidentical to each other, with the exception that the top tank has afill neck hole in the top center of the tank. The tank has a 2"diameter hose connection 4" long, placed 3 1/2" in from the edge of thetank to the center of the hose connection, and two threaded bars ateach end of the tank for mounting purposes. There are two 3/4"NPTflanges @ 18" centers to accommodate sensors, ect.
Side Frames
These 25 3/4" tall side frames have 5 bolt holes at each end.

A 2 1/4" hose connection 9" from the edge of the tank to the edge of the hose connection that comes out the top and angles 90o towards the engine, three 1/4" NPT flanges on the surge tank, and a 1" diameter hose connection angled downwards below the surge tank.
