Top & bottom flanges have 11 holes, 3 tapped 5/16"N.C. threads and 8 drilled clearance for 5/16" bolts.Top flange also has an over hang extending to 12 1/2"with 3 more holes drilled clearance for 5/16" bolts.Gusset on over hang has 6 holes, 5 of them drilled7/16" dia. and one 3/4" dia. There is aZ shaped bracket on on the back with a 7/8"diameter hole in the center, two brackets on the side with a 3/4" diameterhole in each, two gussets with keyhole type slots forcross bars, seven 1/4" NC threaded holes along each side, and fourteen 1/4" NC threaded holes on the outside.
