Bolt-on Side Frame
This frame has four 5/16" NC threaded holes, four 1/4" NC threaded holes, an inner channel, two clearance holes to bolt to the top tank, and two slotted holes to bolt to the bottom tank.

Bolt-on bottom tank
This tank is the same as a Freightliner #454 except the bolt on flange is 8" off center instead of in the center. The bolt pattern is also the same.

Gen Set surge tank
This tank is 54 1/2" long by 10 1/2" high.
There is a 1 3/4" stand pipe out the top for a fill neck, a 2" diameter connection out the bottom for draining, a 1/2" NPT flange for a sight glass, two threaded bars on each end to attach the mounting feet (feet have four holes for bolting to the tank, and two holes for mounting.

Inlet Tank
This tank has a 2 1/2" diameter hose connection, and a 1/4" NPT flange on each end of the tank.
Outlet Tank
This tank has a 3" diameter hose connection, and a 1/4" NPT flange on each end of the tank.
A 1/4" NPT x 3/8" diameter 90o hose barb is provided.
Note: these crossflow tanks share the same header as the Freightliner 454 / 456 / 458 etc., but with different hose connections.

This tank has a 3 1/2" diameter hose connection, a 1" NPT coupling for a drain, and an angle with seven 1/2" NC threaded holes to mount a cooler.
Side Brackets
These brackets have four 3/8" diameter through holes to bolt to the header, and two 1/2" NC threaded holes to mount the cooler.
Washer Bars
Two short bars over and two short bars under the header, and eight long bars to go over and eight long bars to go under the headers.
