Volvo bolt-on bottom tank
This tank has a 2 1/2" diameter hose connection 6 1/2" from the edge of the tank to the center of the hose connection, slightly offset from dead center, facing downward. There is one large mounting bracket 5 1/2" tall with a pair of 5/8" NC threaded bolts @ 8" centers. Learn More -

This top tank is essentially a #627 modified for a low flow application. It has one new pipe connection, and blank plate. This tank is fitted with a check valve.

Top Tank
This tank has a 2 1/2" diameter hose connection 13" from the edge of the tank to the center of the hose connection (4" long), a pair of 1/4" NPT flanges located just above the deairation baffle 9" and 12" from the edge of the tank, and a 1/4" NPT flange on the top of the tank for a vent tube. Each end of the tank has a 9/16" diameter hole for lifting.
Bottom Tank
This tank has a 2 3/4" diameter hose connection 11" from the edge of the tank to the center of the hose connection (angled 15o upwards, 4 3/4" long), a 1/2" NPT drain flange 7 1/8" from the edge of the tank, and a pair of 11/16" diameter holes at 36 1/2" centers for mounting. The outer ends of the tank slant inwards to allow for mounting holes.
Side Frames - Plain Frames 33 3/4" in height.

Top Tank
This tank has a 2 1/4" diameter hose connection 8 3/8" from the edge of the tank to the center of the hose connection, a large sight glass boss on the grill side of the tank (slightly off center), a truck size fill neck hole on the top center of the tank, and a 3/8" NPT fitting on the grill side of the tank next to the sight glass. This tank contains a deflection baffle.
Bottom Tank
This tank has a 3" diameter hose connection 4 1/2" from the edge of the tank to the center of the deflection baffle, and a 3/4" NPT drain fitting 3" from the edge of the tank.
Side Frames
There is one mounting bracket on top of the frame, and a 1/2" NC threaded boss near the bottom of the frame.
