Freightliner surge tank

This surge tank has two 3/8" diameter hose connections nearthe top, a 1" diameter hose connection out of thebottom below the filler neck, a 3/8" NPT flange, and brackets on each end to bolt to the top frameof the radiator (Taalman #472).  The brackets on eachend have a total of 7 holes, two 7/16" diameter, three 1/2"diameter, and two 1 1/16: diameter.
